Hanna specializes in multiple markets that cover all areas between Baton Rouge and Lafayette. She was born and raised in Pointe Coupee Parish, and attended The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. While attending college, she earned her real estate license in 2002. After obtaining a finance degree, she earned her mortgage loan originator's license. She excelled in the mortgage lending industry, but didn't want to stop there. In 2008, she earned her Real Estate Broker's license, and opened LA Real Estate. In addition to managing the business, she has become a successful home flipper, and has also obtained several rental properties. She has earned several designations which include an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Pricing Strategy Advisor. Hanna specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first time home buyers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing her mortgage lending expertise, she has experienced it all.
